The Training Sessions

All P.L.A.Y.S. Sports Performance training sessions are designed from Power Exercise Program (PEP) cards. The coach uses these pre-determined training session cards to lead the student athlete through the day's training session.

Before each training session, the student athlete will check in at the front desk by scanning his or her ID card. The training sessions are comprised of the following activities:

  • General Warm-up
  • Dynamic Mobility Warm-up
  • Movement Skill (Linear or Multi-Directional Movement)
  • Applied Movement Skill
  • Strength, Power and Balance (exercises determined from individual workout cards)
  • Static Stretches to Cool Down

After completing all sessions in the P.L.A.Y.S. Sports Performance training program, ask about our On-going Developmental Programs. The student athlete must have completed at least 24 sessions to apply for this program.

With the P.L.A.Y.S. Sports Performance training program, you will improve your speed, power and agility. It's easy to get started - just call P.L.A.Y.S. today to set up an appointment.
